Cutler and Gross offers a 28-day return policy for all online orders, provided the eyewear is returned in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted frames through a seamless and transparent returns process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the frames securely in their original hard case and shipping box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid DHL returns label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized collection point; once inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
